RECIPE: Kittencal's Best Blasted Rapid-Roast Whole Chicken
OH YUM! I didn't have any seasoning salt (goofy, I know!) but I added some "montreal chicken seasoning" in place of it, but only added about 3/4 tablespoon-ish...I hate measuring. I had bought a roaster that was cut in half and this worked...

RECIPE: Yakitori ( Japanese Grilled Chicken Skewers)
These were ok, but we did not particularly care for this too much. The addition of chicken stock made Japanese yakitori unlike yakitori we are used to having. Thanks for posting.
