RECIPE: Super Healthy Hummus

This recipe is great! You do not miss the tahinni paste at all. This is a bonus for my family because my son is allergic to sesame seeds. I really think the key ingredient is the yogurt. If you do not have any sour cream can always be used....

RECIPE: Mini Ramen Noodle Frittatas

Simple & easy to make, these were interesting in both flavor & texture. Good flavor (I used beef seasoning packet) but the texture was rubbery. We made the recipe just as posted for the contest, but next time will add some bacon or cooked sausage...
