RECIPE: Roasted Cauliflower & 16 Roasted Cloves of Garlic
Can't think of a better way to eat cauliflower! I followed recipe as written except added a couple of sliced up zucchini as I had them in fridge and didn't want to go bad. Just the right amount of oil but my head of cauliflower was rather big....
