I'm using Whipping Cream from a huge dairy in Ontario. The container say's Fresh Whipping Cream 35% and it has a best before date of Jan 3rd.

RECIPE: Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes

We really enjoyed the flavor of these shakes! The texture wasn't as creamy and smooth as I hoped, though. I used canned pumpkin, and my family said they could really feel the "squash"-iness. Hmm. Not sure how to get around that in a shake...

RECIPE: Chocolate Covered Saltine Crackers

Had a client bring these in to us at the office once, we flipped over these! She didn't add any toppings, just the chocolate coating. Thanks for the recipe, I will be making these for my family and friends soon.

Really good cookies! I'm not sure they're "the best" but everyone enjoyed them here. I had to halve the recipe becuase i didn't have enough chocolate chips but I made them a little bigger than suggested so I got 18 cookies. I like a softer cookie...
