So I guess that I need some help AGAIN!! I bought a container of whipping cream the other day and tried to whip it so there were peaks.
I'm using Whipping Cream from a huge dairy in Ontario. The container say's Fresh Whipping Cream 35% and it has a best before date of Jan 3rd.

RECIPE: Peanut Noodles
Tasted good, but came out kind of thick and caramel-like, hard to get all over the noodles. Added extra peanut butter to up the peanuttiness and reduce saltiness. Will have to try other recipes and figure out how to make it work.
