RECIPE: Gluten Free Apple Cake

The batter was finger licking good! I used 1/4 white rice flour, 1/4 cup brown rice flour and 1/4 cup sorghum flour (as sub for the rice flour to add nutrition). Turned out great, moist and yummy! Thanks!!
