RECIPE: Stephen’s Greek Salad

This is delicious. I really didn't measure anything except the dressing ingredients. Kalamata olives were used as were fresh garden tomatoes and garden fresh Greek oregano. Greek feta was used.

RECIPE: Sweet - and - Sour Chicken

My parents really enjoyed this. I thought that the sauce was a little too sweet but not enough sour. The recipe is great otherwise - a wonderful, colorful mix of veggies and relatively easy to throw together. We'll definitely be making this again....
