I am planning on making for a friend. I am going to make it, cool it, and then put it in a container for her to eat whenever she would like. My only concern is that the noodles will get soggy. Does anyone have any suggestions to prevent this form happening?

I made this to fill in with our holiday leftovers and it was a big hit! I have to say that my Dad (who is diabetic) was thrilled to eat this. I substituted Splenda® Brown Sugar - Substitute Splenda Brown Sugar Substitute and my whole family enjoyed this dish. Thanks!

RECIPE: Easy Chicken Pot Pie
This is my new go-to chicken pot pie recipe. So easy and so good! The only changes I made was to use "Cream of Soup Mix With Variations - Substitute" in place of the can of cream of chicken and I used up some remnant bags of frozen veggies and roasted carrots from the night...

Once I got started on this, I went a little crazy with it. I used 96% fat free ground beef. I added a can of cream of mushroom in with it as well as the cream of chicken (both the 98% fat free) and did as new chef mentioned and added the onion...
