RECIPE: Stabilized Whipped Cream

This worked great. The whipped cream lasted perfectly for a full day and a half in the fridge before it was all eaten. I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract since we all love vanilla here. It went perfectly with our Thanksgiving pumpkin pie....

RECIPE: Apple Crisp

There is too much butter in the topping for this recipe. I had to add a lot more flour to get the crumb to the right consistency.
