Can anybody tell me if the flour mentioned in this recipe is plain or self-raising. Also what is the English equivalent to "light cream" - does this mean single cream instead of double cream?

Made these on the grill - and they were delicious!! Would use a little less soup mix next time as they were very salty (but I guess it depends on soup mix used!!). Thanks Mandy! ![]()

RECIPE: Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
I forgot the rice!! BUT it was still AMAZING!! I added some Crystals hotsauce and some red pepper flakes to the tomato sauce and it was wonderful. MY NEW FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD. Serve with mashed potatoes!!
