Hi, can anyone tell me how long lemon curd is good for in the refrigerator? There are several recipes on the site for this wonderful spread and quite a few give different info. Some say to use it within 3 days, or 1 week, and one recipe says it stays good for 3 months

RECIPE: Egg Salad Sandwich - Simple and Delicious
I doubled the recipe and used mayo, added some garlic powder (we have to have that!) I used homemade whole wheat bread, so the slices were smaller, and I got almost 12 sandwhiches from the lot. Not sure if I could taste the mustard powder, though!
