RECIPE: Mexican Rice

WOW! Is this ever good! I got my ingredients ready, then jumped right into it! Easy to read, easy to make and so so good! The flavors mixed together so good. Next time (shortly) I'm going to double the recipe, as this recipe freezes so well....

RECIPE: Pecans With a Kick (Crock Pot)

Easy, but they dried out in half the time in my crockpot, so watch them carefully! Older crockpots will probably take the 3 hours. They taste just as good as the ones we pay big money for, plus no sugar!
