I wonder if anyone can tell me why my scratch cakes don't rise. Most times they never get higher than the amount of raw batter I pour in the pan.
When I make cakes from a box I don't have this problem.
They always rise nicely.
Help!!!!
Thanks

RECIPE: Chocolate Cream Pie
Perfect! I read the other reviews and assume I was to use Sweetened Cocoa Powder - but all I had was unsweetened. So I just added 4 tablespoons of sugar and it turned out great!

Pretty good, nice and moist. I used vanilla pudding mix.

RECIPE: Opal's Pumpkin Pie
I'm not a big pumpkin pie fan, but I thought this was quite good, and I got several compliments on it. I also loved that you can whip up 2 pies in no time flat! Definitely a keeper! Thanks!
