RECIPE: Crawfish Etouffe

5 Stars! This has a great taste! The only thing I might change is to increase the heat and mix green and red bell peppers. Served over basmati rice (popcorn rice) to keep it in the New Orleans tradition. Thanks for posting this yummy recipe!...

RECIPE: Seafood Chowder

Great chowder highly recommend this one. I used rock fish and scallops that I had leftover from the night before. Don't change a thing, this is a keeper.
