My friend loves brownies. I want to send her some as part of a Christmas care package I'm in the process of putting together for her. Only catch is, I'm mailing them. She lives in Kentucky and I live in Florida, so the distance they have to travel isn't far.

RECIPE: Coconut-Pineapple Banana Bread
Tasty bread, coconut adds something a little different than regular banana bread. Subbed sour cream for the yogurt, applesauce for the oil and pecans for the walnuts. Good right out of the oven.

Wow! The walnut part was my personal favorite, so I added extra. All the flavorful ingredients blended together to make a taste that's out of this world! No complaints.
