RECIPE: Coconut-Pineapple Banana Bread

Tasty bread, coconut adds something a little different than regular banana bread. Subbed sour cream for the yogurt, applesauce for the oil and pecans for the walnuts. Good right out of the oven.

RECIPE: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Walnut and Coconut Cookies

Wow! The walnut part was my personal favorite, so I added extra. All the flavorful ingredients blended together to make a taste that's out of this world! No complaints.
