RECIPE: Cafe Joy

This is a lovely treat and it made a perfect dessert on a very cool night. I skipped the coconut but even so it's warm, comforting and relaxing. In fact I think I might head to to bed to "watch tv" with my eyes closed *wink*. Yumm
