quote I grew up in Miami and now live in Tennessee. One of the things I enjoy most when we go back to visit family is that there are so many bakeries and the food is fantastic. My favorite are the cuban pastries and Cuban Crackers. They are a huge crispy cracker..but they are not "hard" to bite at... quote

RECIPE: Coconut-Pineapple Banana Bread

Tasty bread, coconut adds something a little different than regular banana bread. Subbed sour cream for the yogurt, applesauce for the oil and pecans for the walnuts. Good right out of the oven.
