I noticed at Ace Hardware (looking for a canner), that on the canning shelf they had 1 gallon ball,could have been kerr,canning jars.Just one case.Less then $10.00.
The local grocery stores don't carry them.Just curious as to what goes into them? Usual stuff? Can they be used safely in 23...

Thanks for this wonderful recipe. I just made it from some apricots that I froze this last summer. It worked great and I love that I didn't use packaged pectin.
