This was easy to make. With reading the other reviews I followed the recipe except I added about a 1/4 cup more water. I had to cook this is my microwave for 10 minutes. I used one teaspoon of dried parsley as I didn't have fresh. We liked this...

RECIPE: Simple Brown Rice Pilaf

My husband & I are trying to lose weight & watch what we eat. This was a great recipe for brown rice. It was soooo easy to make although a little salty so I would probably recommend & low sodium chicken broth but besides that it was perfect!
