RECIPE: Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pancakes
These were much easier than my usual recipe, which involves separating eggs and beating whites to peak. The taste was just as good, so I'll be using this recipe from now on. I made slightly larger pancakes, about 7" diameter, and got nine in total.

RECIPE: Easy Fruit Shake
