RECIPE: Banana Coffee Smoothie
This smoothie was actually pretty good. I used 6 oz of vanilla yogurt and 2 medium frozen bananas and skim milk. I also used about 2 tsp of coffee and added about 2 tsp cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp Splenda. Gave it a nice mocha flavor. Next time,...

RECIPE: Coconut-Pineapple Banana Bread
Tasty bread, coconut adds something a little different than regular banana bread. Subbed sour cream for the yogurt, applesauce for the oil and pecans for the walnuts. Good right out of the oven.
