RECIPE: Curry Couscous

This was ok - I liked it much more than my partner did. I didn't have the scallions but I did fry up some onion with the pepper and garlic. One plus was that it used up the cucumber and it took no time to make.

RECIPE: Pop Pop's Goulash

My mom made this for us when we were kids and we loved it. I used ground chuck and added 3 cloves of garlic with the onion. I like green pepper a lot but DH isnt a big fan and asked me to leave it out this time. The tomato soup was a store brand and it worked out well. Put this all together and let it simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes. Added some shredded cheddar cheese and enjoyed! Sent some over to my parents and my mom asked for the recipe. Thank you Mrs. Missy for sharing a very tasty and easy meal to make!

RECIPE: Kittencal's Beef or Pork Marinade and Tenderizer

Oh my, this marinade is WONDERFUL!!! I was a bit worried about the honey w/ steaks but it really adds so much flavor-a delightful surprise! I love ginger so I used 1 tsp and only used 1/4 cup evoo. Marinated 3 chuck eye steaks overnight and grilled to medium rare-they came out so tender and delicious! This has to be one of the best marinades I've ever made. Served w/ Favorite Spinach Casserole and a salad w/ Best Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing/Dip for a delicious meal. Thank you, Kitten, for a great recipe that I look forward to making again and again!!!
