I am a definite foodie.
Growing up I always knew I loved food, but my mother was never too into cooking. If it was healthy and it was easy...that was all that mattered.

After spending three years working in a fine dining establishment, my obsession of food is now backed with an arsenal of cooking know-how.

I LOVE sushi. Making it, eating it...all of it!
Authentic Mexican food ranks pretty high too.

I'm pretty health conscious, so I like cooking with ingredients that will nurture my body, as it truly is our temple.
