Originally from Canada but have spent most of my adult life in England.
Love to cook, love food and have been a lurker on this site for the last year or so. My best dish is probably Chicken Parmasean from the Mama Leone's (NY) cookbook.
Favorite cookbooks have to be my mom's personal cookbook, Nigella Lawson and The Frugal Gourmet.
Best restaurants? That's a toughie. Best meals I have ever eaten have been in Barbados at The Tides and La Mer - wonderful!
