I recently moved to North Carolina after spending 12 years in southern Arizona. I love to cook and love having access to fresh, local, seasonal produce.

Besides cooking, I love to paint my nails (seriously!) and play video games. I enjoy music and movies, and have recently started watching a few tv shows... House, Heroes, and Mad Men are among my favorites.

Favorite Foods:

Everything, pretty much. Sushi, sukiyaki, gyoza, panang and red curry, seafood, chicken fried steak, cheescake, bacon, artichokes, persimmons, spinach, mushrooms, kiwis, lasagna rolls, garlic... I could go on forever.
