about me

I am a mommie of an awsome 7 yr old little boy, Connor. And the girlfriend to the love of my life, JImmy. All of us really enjoy trying new foods and have reciently gotten in to "playing with our food" as well!

I currently work part time as a merchandiser for Wal-Mart and attend school online. Ionly have 12 more months and I will have my associates degree in Health Care Administration! Yippee!

My boyfriend and I are in the process of starting an advertising business that we are so excited about we can hardly sleep at night! lol@us It is the www.adzforgas.com that you see at the bottom. Feel free to check it out. It should be in full swing by the first of the year. The site that is up now is a temp. site, the more perm. one is being constructed now and should be up soon! I can't wait! We also just ordered our brochures and business cards and are working on puting together shirts and other fun "give away promotions." Sooo excited about that! So HOPEFULLY in the next 12 months I will have an associates degree, a new business and be an awsome cook! LOL Rock on right?!

Favorite Foods:

MMMM All of them! But especially anything mexican! I LOVE LOVE LOVE spicy!

I also really like homemade, made from scratch chicken and dumplings, lasagna and biscuits with chochlate syrup. mmm g-ma's house!

As far as my cooking though I generally stick to things that are fairly simple just because I do not have a lot of time. OAMC has really helped me to be able to cook up a storm on my free days when I want to be in the kitchen so that I can have some of those time consuming meals on the days that I don't. For OAMC I really like dump style recipes and anything wrapped in a crasaunt (sp?) or pizza dough. lol I know! But they work well for us.
