about me

I am an avid cook. I love to cook for people. I host several large parties during the summer; including, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, A couple of Birthday's that require a BBQ and the Big Labor Day party. We have a large smoker so that is the main event of these parties.
We also host a big Christmas Eve dinner, and all the Birthday's in the family throughout the year.
I'm also an avid reader of cookbooks. I began cooking at the age of ten and have continued to cook for family, friends and others.
I worked in several kitchens, and became a personal cook at one time.

Favorite Foods:

Any food that is prepared well. With the exception of Beets and lake fish.
