I live in Winnipeg, married going on 5 years now, and working on making a menu for us with more variety but that is also simple to make after working a 8+ hr day.

Where do I start! I love Italian, Chinese, Filapino, Mennonite (my ethnic background), and Seafood! Plus many more. My favorite dish to make is any type of chicken, but especially the Aussie Chicken recipe I found here....we LOVE it!
