about me

I'm a stay at home mom with three boys, one of whom is being homeschooled. (Since I created this profile they have all come home for schooling)
My mom made everything from scratch as I was growing up and I am trying to become more like that.
My husband usually likes to do the cooking but I like to try out new recipes every now and then.
My husband and I raise fancy guppies to trade in at the lcoal pet store for credit so we can buy MORE fish stuff! 10 tanks in the house are apparently not enough!

I love to watch cooking shows on Food Network with my family. My boys love Alton Brown and the cake decorating challenges.

Favorite Foods:

Mexican, Indian, chocolate, meats and aromatic foods.
