Soon to be father in the process of figuring out how to cook. My creations have been quite successful so far. I leave most of the credit to the internet however to connect me to these amazing recipes. Building my favorite cookbook. I hail from the booming State of Vermont. I really am a civil engineer and have no experience in the food industry.

I have been to many places and experienced some awesome foods. I love mexican or italian cusine the most, but want to get more in touch with Scottish culture and its food.
