At 18 went to Budapest Hungary where I went to Chef school for 3 years while working at some of the finest Restaurants in Europe.I have Cooked for many people as there personal chef,I have cooked for Attila Zoller the famous JASS guitarist up in Vermont about 14 years ago, I focus my talent of Hungarian cooking because of my Family tradition. My Grandmother Teresa Gulyas told me food is a Art ,she also told me our family recipe of GOULASH (GULYAS),and folks Goulash is not a stew, its a HEARTY soup .America does not have a type of food that has been handed down ,it only has European food thats changed because lack of true european products you could not find here in the States ,for example I have my red paprika shipped in from Hungary because the way they produce it ,its just so much better.Hungarians dont have too much to offer but when you talk about food they are # 1 for taken time for good food. Now you go to New Orleans you could find some very good French & Italian foods. And if you want the see the true Goulash go to http://www.recipezaar.com/members/home/658203/montazs2.jpg
Any foods ,Makos teszta (poppy seed noodles),and Soups
