I'm a chemistry grad student with a passion for cooking in my spare time. I'm not vegetarian, but have been and love to explore ways to take typical recipes and make them vegetarian.

Favorite Foods:

My favorites are Filipino dishes, My vegetarian chili, pasta, mexican food and tons more. If I'm going out my favorite is sushi, because that's one thing I don't trust making on my own.
