I work in Nashville, Tennessee as a copy editor for a cookbook company.I am constantly reading new recipes and enjoy cooking, especially with my husband.

Favorite Foods:

Let's see, I definitely have a sweet tooth, so pretty much any dessert (sans walnuts) is on my favorite food list. I love tiramisu, Mama Mia's is my favorite, and anything with cheese. Other favorites include anything Italian, beer cheese soup, nachos, margaritas on the rocks, chips with cheese dip, red velvet cake, a tasty cheeseburger, sausage pilaf, gilbertini (a cheesy sausage/noodle dish my mom makes every year for my birthday), bananas, carrots and dill dip, salmon fixed any way...you get the picture. I'm not a huge vegetable fan, although my husband is slowly introducing my to new things. My latest achievement was broccoli, so I might take a breather before trying anything else.
