My icon is my beautiful horse Lady who sadly had to be put down, but I have her as my icon because she loved eating as much as I do!! (Although I don't like hay!). My photo is of me with my best friend and 'baby' Meg.
I live in the beautiful (wet) UK. I am a secretary, but will hopefully soon be studying to become a midwife. My favourite hobby is definitely cooking!
My favourite cook book has to be anything written by Nigella Lawson or Jamie Oliver.
Passions are food, music, gardening (growing my own herbs this year!)and my pets, I have three beautiful kitties, two 17 year olds and 1 16 years old, and one dog aged 10 I love them all and will miss them horribly when they are gone as I have grown up with them!
Peeves are those people who change recipes until they're not recognisable and then give them one star!
I love the site and meeting people with a love for food, especially as the majority of the members are from the US so I am constantly learning about the differences across the Atlantic!
