I live in Christchurch N.Z. I am married to Barry and we have two teenage sons both at high school. I work with people who have a intelluctual disability and have done so for over 20 years. I love to quilt, cook,and read and watch sport, try to walk for a hour every morning. Favourite cookbook I have so many but my favourites are The New Laurels Kitchen and the Masonic Centennial Recipebook. I particularly like cook books by community groups the older the better.

Favorite Foods:

Love to cool a roast especially lamb though my husband loves pork. The boys would eat chicken every night of the week. My best dish is a version of a Irish stew which has a liberal amount of guinnness in it with carrots and mashed potato. Favourite restaurant has to be Mainstreet a vegetarian restaurant which we used to go to before children and its still there and just as good as ever.
