about me

I'm a Culinary Arts Instructor. Having worked as a pastry chef for 26 years moving to Culnary Arts was a big change.
We use the recipes posted at Recipezaar of most or all of my students labs!! With the option of reducing the recipes for 1 serving is very convenient. My students enjoy the different cooking styles.

I live in the country and would not want to live in the city for anything.

Have three children with one daughter still living at home. Running her around is what I do for fun.

I enjoy woodworking and have build several different decks and outdoor structors. Still have all my fingers!

Favorite Foods:

I'm not real picky, but my wife says I am. I'll eat almost anything once. Love onions and nuts.

Most folks who come to the house usually eat there and never leave hungry. We play cards once a month with 5 other couples.

Love to sit on the deck and watch the wind blow the leaves on the trees and watch the grass grow.

We like to have friends drop by, sit by the fire pit and roast hotdogs, drink wine, laugh and do stupid stuff.
