There is a reason that we own a cake (and more) decorating supply store- we love our sweets! Because we are always in the kitchen, it really was the only choice when we decided to get creative!

I love to bake and I especially love to decorate cakes and candies (like truffles!). I am having a lot of fun right now getting artsy with fondant & gumpaste. Once I discovered that it was really just edible clay, my kindergarden training kicked in!

We live in Napa because we have a passion for good food and wines. The weather here is very moderate and makes living very enjoyable!

We eat a lot of Italian foods in this household, along with simple dishes modified to reflect the "Californian" palate.

We are best known for our Marinara Sauces as well as several Raviolis. And of course, the breads that should accomany every meal.

Dessert could be anything from a light panna cotta to a decadent cake!
