I'm a southern boy now living in the U.S. Virgin Islands but still crave authentic southern dishes. I retired (at 43!) and love to travel.

My all-time favorite cookbook has to be my old Betty Crocker. She's still got it!

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook soups and stews, but breakfast has to be the best meal of the day. Fluffy omelets, buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy are my specialties!

My favorite dish to cook has to be slow-cooked Chili using hand-cut, hard-wood smoked meat.

Crockpot cooking is a lost art, and still makes the best family meals in the world.
