Turkey Chili

This hearty dish puts an interesting twist on a classic chili.
SERVES 1 , 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lean ground turkey
- 4 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 medium roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup kidney bean, drained and rinsed
Directions

Cook turkey with onion, pepper and garlic until brown.2
Add tomatoes and chili powder; stir.3
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.4
Stir in kidney beans; simmer for an additional 10 minutes.5
