Turkey Breast 'n Gravy

Cook the turkey and make the gravy at the same time using a plastic cooking bag.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Peel onion and cut into quarters.
  3. 3
    Shake flour in an oven bag. Place in a 13x9x2 inch pan.

    Add gravy mix and water to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.
  5. 5
    Brush turkey with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven bag. Place onions around turkey.

    Close oven bag with nylon tie and cut six 1/2 inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.

    Bake 1 1/4 hours to 2 hours, until meat thermometer reads 170°F Let stand in oven bag 10 minutes.
