My husky cross loves to eat snow or anything frozen, so I'd thought that this might be something she would like. She would not even try a lick! If your dog would not normally eat stuff like this (Banana!?) then don't bother - I should have known!

Oh, MY! :-D Banks and Cooper LOVED this!!! Banks (my lab) is creature of habit, was kinda uncertain of the "new cup", but after I held it for a few, he dug in and demolished it!!! ...Coop (my laboramer) on the other hand, was sitting salivating while I made this!! I made with FF plain yogurt, 2 bananas (didn't have any p-butter)... next time, I will DEF use the p-butter, they'll love it even more! Thanks SO much for this recipe, Bugger.....my (12 yr old) dogs are SO happy to be able to eat their favorite icecream now that it's made FF and healthy!!!

5 out of 5 dogs! My Norwegian Elkhound went (alnost literally) crazy, attacking it like a freshly killed rabbit or something - it was quite amusing to watch. So this one gets a thumbs up for the doggie taste factor, and another thumbs up for the human entertainment value!

Make that 4 out of 4 dogs, because my three loved this. I love to cook for my children without fur, so it's nice to find things I can fix for my fur-bearing children. Three year old Isaiah and one year old Ishmael were sleeping while I made this, so the baby dog, 6 month old Bogey, got to lick the bowl. He loved it not frozen, but the three of them had a frozen version this afternoon and it got a definite "paws up". Thanks for sharing.
