This is the only mango salsa recipe. Just enough sweet and spice

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Dice mangos, de-seeded tomatoes, onions,cilantro, hot peppers(only use enough seeds to create heat wanted), green pepper, add lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

    *If not sweet enough or using unripe mangos, add apricots to desired sweetness.

Yummy Salad! I love Mangos so this salsa really hit the spot. I changed the serving for one and the only substitute I made was I left out the Serrano peppers (not available here) and added a few drops of Tabasco pepper sauce for the heat. Thank you homegirl

    I really did love this recipe, and it was nice and clorful too. I couldn't find serrano peppers, so I used jaleponos instead. It still turned out really good.
