Fettuccine Carbonara With Fried Eggs

The DH was seriously nervous about the amount of shallots in this dish, but fear not, it turned out wonderful! I couldn't resist to add two extra cloves of garlic just as a personal preference. I didn't ahve any parsley, so I substituted italian seasoning. Overall a hit and we'll be making this again! Thanks for posting.
