Loved this recipe. I used a tin foil pan and stirred occasionaly. The second time when camping I used canned potatoes . It worked great, no one guessed that I had used canned potatoes. Has become a favorite recipe. Thanks Kittencal.

These are wonderful! I made them for my dad for Father's Day and they were a hit. Thanks!

Kitz these are wonderful, even though I kinda burned them. I was busy doing too many things at once. I would suggest that you turn these side to side every 5-10 minutes to keep them from burning. I cooked mine on medium and put the middle burner on low, but they still got kinda toasted. Even so, wonder flavor. Thanks Kitz

Kitten, these potatoes were so good and very easy to prepare. Since it was just my husband and I eating at home last night, I cut the recipe in half and made each packet to suit our different tastes. I made my packet exactly as the recipe was written and it made the perfect side dish for grilled London broil. All the flavors blended together very nicely. In my husband's packet, I omitted the parmesan and onions since he doesn't really like either of these. When it gets really hot, this will be a great recipe to use as I won't have to heat up the kitchen preparing a side dish to serve with grilled meats. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
