My family has made cheese cake like this since I was a little girl. I used premade graham cracker pie crust and filled them to the very top. I also let the cream cheese sit out on the counter so that it could soften.

SERVES 4 -6 , 2 cheese cakes (change servings and units)

    Cobine all ingredient in bowl.

    Mix together and pour into crust (mixture may appear lumpy because of crream cheese, this is okay).
  3. 3
    Bake at 350 till cheese cake sets, or toothpick comes out clean (about an hour depending on your oven).
