Buttery Balsamic Broccoli

A quick dress up for broccoli from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies
SERVES 4
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (good quality)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

Cook broccoli in 1 inch of boiling water until tender crisp (about 2 min).2
While broccoli is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan or microwavable dish.3
Add balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt and whisk together.4
Drain broccoli, add butter mixture and toss until well coated.

Made for Photo Tag. This is a little sleeper gem of a recipe! I was hesitant when I first tasted it...I think this needs a slight mellowing out period(5 minutes) before you eat it.Once the butter and vinegar have time to marry...its really very good.I suggest just giving it a quick minute in the microwave after its mellowed to serve it warm.
