SERVES 2 -4 , 4 patties
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup fat
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
- 3 cups tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16 ounce) package broad egg noodles
Directions

Brown 4 ground patties in fat. Remove patties.2
Sauté the onions and peppers.3
Add mushrooms, tomatoes and salt.4
Top with patties and lay uncooked noodles over top.5
Cover and bring to a boil.6
Turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
