I made this a few times this summer. Everyone loved it. I like to blanch my broccoli, but I posted as written. Prep time does not include 3 hour chill time.

7 -8 cups (change servings and units)

    Beat dressing ingredients until smooth. Combine broccoli, dried cranberries and onion. Add dressing and toss gently. Cover and chill at least for 3 hours.
