Nice hot breakfast casserole for those chilly mornings. A real stick to your ribs meal all in one pan. I sometimes add cheese to the top of this casserole!

This is a great breakfast recipe because it tastes great and most likely you have these ingredients on hand. I prepared it in a pan on the stove top and it turned out perfectly. It is one of those recipes that you can also get creative with by adding onions, green pepper, cheese, etc, etc (whatever ingredients you have on hand). Thanks so much, Laurie!

Whether camping or you want a comfort brunch this recipe is it! I added a hot green pepper and cut back on the butter. Turns golden underneath. I added some chopped left over ham. Cooked over medium heat (#6 on electric) covered with a lid for 5 minutes, perfect Thanks Laurie for a great brunch

Very yummy! Next time I think I will add some cheddar to it which I think will make it even more esquisite! I will make sure to make this everytime I crave bacon and eggs!
