This is exactly how I always make my hot dogs. Even though I live right in the heart of Chicagoland now, I will NEVER ever change my hot dog (or frank) eating ways. Note: Most stores in New England sell packages of hot dogs named "Fenway Franks". Thanks Karen for the recipe! I'll be sure to pass it on to all my Chicago friends (ha!!)
